Dues and Fees:
General Membership Dues
The General Membership Dues for the Mirrormont Country Club are $700 per year – payable in two installments. The billing dates are January 1 and July 1.
Maintenance Assessment
The annual maintenance fee is $300 per year. This fee is waived for member volunteer commitment of six (6) hours per calendar year or serving for one (1) calendar year on the MCC Board of Trustees. Members will have multiple opportunities each year to volunteer.

Pool Rules:
Age Restrictions
- For pool use, an adult is considered to be any member eighteen (18) years or older.
- When a lifeguard is on duty:
- Member’s children between the age of ten (10) and seventeen (17) may swim while under lifeguard supervision without an attending parent, provided they have signed a “Health and Emergency Information” form on file with the lifeguard.
- All minor children may be asked to pass a lifeguard-approved swim test before being allowed to swim in the pool unattended by an accompanying adult.
- Member’s children may bring guests aged ten (10) to seventeen (17) according to the “Guests” section as long as a supervising adult is in the neighborhood, minor guest passes the lifeguard-approved swim test, and a signed “Health and Emergency Notification” form is on file with the lifeguard.
- Children under ten (10) years of age must always be accompanied by an adult and are the responsibility of the accompanying adult—not the responsibility of the lifeguard.
Guests
- Member families are permitted fifteen (15) guests visits per calendar month. The sponsoring Member must accompany all guests.
- Guests are not permitted to sponsor other guests.
- Members are responsible for informing their guests of Club rules.
General Pool Rules
- No one is allowed to swim outside of regular pool hours or without a lifeguard on duty. Please see the Mirrormont Country Club website for hours of operation.
- No person with a communicable disease may use the pool.
- No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs may use the pool.
- No liquor consumption is allowed at a general use pool. Per King County WAC Code 246-260-131, there is no discretion on this subject.
- All swimmers must shower before entering the pool per King County Board of Health. Soap, lotion and sunscreen residue left on the skin can affect the chemical balance of the pool water.
- Members must sign in all members and guests in the registration book for each daily visit (whether or not you swim). Members are allowed to bring up to fifteen (15) guests per month.
- Pool capacity is forty (40) swimmers at one time. See bather load in “Large Groups” section, below.
- The lifeguard is not responsible for supervision of playground equipment or clubhouse.
- The lifeguard or any adult member has full authority to enforce pool rules and to eject any person who does not comply with them.
- All patio lights and underwater pool lights must be on when swimming after dark.
- Adult supervision is required on playground equipment.
- Glass is not allowed on the pool deck.
- Food and drink are not allowed while in the water and needs to remain at least six (6) feet from wading pool and four (4) feet from main pool.
- Pets are not allowed inside the pool enclosure.
- Proper swim attire must be worn when in the water. No street clothing allowed.
- During open hours, the pool may be cleared for use by “adults only swim” for ten (10) minutes of each hour, or as designated at the lifeguard’s discretion.
- During adult swim, no babies with adults are allowed in the pool.
- Pool deck furniture is not allowed in the pool, nor is any other non-aquatic equipment. Approved equipment such as rafts, kickboards, balls and float aids are permitted, but may be removed at the discretion of the lifeguard or an adult member if being misused or deemed unacceptable equipment for use in the pool.
- The Lifeguard Trustee and team reserves the right to close the pool as needed at any time based on such issues as safety, inclement weather, etc. at their sole discretion.
General Pool and Pool Deck Conduct
- No diving in shallow water. Diving only allowed in deep end of pool, beyond the blue deep-end indicator line on pool floor. If uncertain, always check with Lifeguard on duty for clarification.
- Running, fighting or dunking others as well as pushing or shoving anyone into the pool is prohibited.
- Profane language is prohibited.
- Swimmers must avoid tracking sand or other debris into the pool.
Large Groups Using the Pool
- It is respectfully requested that if you have a large gathering poolside that you utilize the grass area. Feel free to bring plastic banquet tables from the activity room out on the lawn (provided a rental does not need them.) This will help alleviate overcrowding of the pool deck.
- It is all members’ responsibility to help monitor the bather load. If you see the number of swimmers exceeding twenty-five (25), please contact the Lifeguard Trustee so the chemical balance of our pool can be adjusted.
Wading Pool
- The wading pool is under lifeguard supervision.
- The wading pool is for children aged seven (7) and under only.
- Wading pool capacity is eight (8) waders.
- An adult must be supervising their child in the wading pool at all times within arm’s reach of their child.
- Children age eight (8) and up may not use the wading pool during adult swim or “all kids out of the pool” time.
- Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers.
- Food and drink are not allowed while in the wading pool and must remain six (6) feet from wading pool and four (4) feet from main pool.
Other Rules and Policies:
Housekeeping
- Glass containers are not allowed at any time on the pool deck.
- Access to the carpeted area of the clubhouse is not allowed when wearing wet or dripping swimming attire. You must dry off before entering the kitchen. Use outside doors to access the bathrooms and the dressing rooms.
- Place all garbage in proper receptacles. Bins for recyclables are available.
- Take all personal belongings with you. The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Remember to leave the pool deck and furniture in a better condition than you found it!
- The Clubhouse Activity Room can be rented at $20.00/hour (round up to the nearest hour and must include set-up and clean-up time) with or without use of pool.
- Tennis Court added at $10.00/hour.
- A $50.00 security deposit must accompany the rental payment. This fee will be returned after the event, provided that the facility is found in good order and has been cleaned in accordance with the rental clean-up checklist. Any cleaning or security fees in excess of the deposit amount shall be attached to the renting member’s billing statement. Checks should be made payable to MCC or Mirrormont Country Club.
- Contact the Rental Trustee
- Call 911 in an emergency. A phone is located in the kitchen on the wall next to the interior entrance of the storeroom door.
- A life ring and rescue pole is located on the back wall of the clubhouse above the pump room door.
- A first aid kit is located on the kitchen counter under the wall phone.
- A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen to the left of the interior storeroom door.
- An AED defibrillator is located in the hallway on the wall outside of the kitchen.
Security
- The pool gate must be kept closed and locked at all times.
- Inside and outside security cameras may be operational at all times.
Tennis Rules
- Please wear tennis shoes only.
- Absolutely no skateboards, bikes, roller blades or skates permitted on tennis courts. Violators may be subject to fine for damages.
- Observe proper tennis etiquette at all times.
- Absolutely no bouncing on net or hitting rackets on court surface.
- No baseball, basketball, or lacrosse allowed on court surface.
- Playtime is allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis except for functions organized by the MCC Board or rentals.
- Adults have bumping rights over children after 5:00PM.
- Members are permitted fifteen (15) individual guest visits per calendar month. Member must accompany all guests and enforce all rules upon their guests.
- No pets allowed at any time inside the fence.
