2022 Capital Projects
The Board has been working hard this year to get organized around a few projects for this upcoming year and we are excited to share with you where we are at. Below are projects and the quotes we have received so far. We think it's important to start the sharing process with you now, give you an opportunity to get involved if you would like. As we work through the process we will continue to communicate with our members. We are at the point where we have to get buy in for the projects so we can get on schedules for next year prior to the pool opening.
We have 2 large projects that we will be tackling in the 2022 off season. We need member input on bids, prioritization and support. There is a lot of details below for you to review and a survey to complete to help us prioritize and move forward.

ROOF
About 12 years ago the club had a new roof (current) installed, the roof was not taken care of and when I became a member of the board back in 2017 the roof was an issue then. We have removed the moss, added a cap to help with the leaks, none of these patches really fixed the problem. At this point it just needs to be replaced. We have two options for the members to vote on Composite or Metal. Of course, there is a large cost difference between the two but the as you all know metal is forever and composite is not.
Bids:
Composite Options: These quotes are from 2020 but they give us a good idea of cost. We can always opt for "doing it ourselves" but we would need a lead volunteer to manage the project from start to finish, reach out if that is something you would be interested in taking on.
Kitchen Remodel:
The kitchen is in dire need of an update, drawers are falling apart, appliances have seen better days.
We have been working to pull bids together, the contractor we have been working with is open for the club to do some demo work and purchase items so we can hopefully lower the cost to the club. Bids

- North Creek Roofing - (25,713.00)
- Bated Roofing - (26,194.00 + Tax)
- Ridgeline Sheet Metal - ($50,568.93) - the quote is for the full project; we received an discount on the martials. This company is willing to work with if we want to do some of the work ourselves, for example removing and prepping the roof for the metal. We can lower the cost if we want to take on aspects of the project.
